- Kindly note that Mountain Mist can accommodate a maximum of six guests (adults and/or children/toddlers) on the premises for the duration of your stay.
- Kindly note that Mountain Mist is a quiet nature retreat (ideal for guests who would like to be surrounded by peace and quiet) and, as such, no parties or noisy social events are allowed at Mountain Mist.
- Kindly note that Mountain Mist is a non-smoking establishment, and for hygiene purposes pets can unfortunately not be accommodated.
- Kindly note that Mountain Mist has an attic apartment, but this attic apartment is not rented out and remains vacant for the duration of your stay.
- Kindly note that Mountain Mist has a jacuzzi by the outside braai area, but it can not be heated - it is a cold-water jacuzzi.
- Kindly note that the check-in time is anytime from 14:00, and the check-out time is anytime before 10:00.
- Kindly note that, if you have paid the 50% deposit and you thereafter decide to cancel your reservation, then a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply (i.e. 50% non-refundable deposit).
- Kindly note that, if you have paid the full amount for the total booking and you thereafter decide to cancel your reservation 7 days or less before your date of arrival, then a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will apply (no refund).
