Mountain Mist is a quiet nature retreat at the foot of the Kogelberg mountain in Betty's Bay, and can accommodate up to a maximum of six guests (adults and/or children/toddlers) in a fully furnished three-bedroomed self-catering holiday home, which includes all the comforts of your own home:
  • bath towels
  • crisp white linen
  • quality duvets and pillows
  • firm mattresses ("Hotelier" brand)
  • electric blankets
  • all kitchen utensils
  • microwave
  • oven
  • Russell Hobbs coffee machine (please bring your own filter coffee and paper filters)
  • washing machine (please bring your own washing detergent)
  • dishwasher (please bring your own dishwasher detergent)
  • flat-screen TV with limited DStv channels ("Family" package)
  • cold-water jacuzzi by outside braai area
Apart from the fully equipped kitchen, living area with wood fireplace, and beautiful mountain/ocean views, you'll also find three well-appointed bedrooms (each with its own separate entrance from the front porch):
  • BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with crisp white linen, firm mattress, quality bedding, electric blanket, and decorative fireplace (not in use). Private en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet/bidet). Private entrance from the front patio.
  • BEDROOM 2: Double bed with crisp white linen, firm mattress, quality bedding, and electric blanket. Shared en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) with Bedroom 3. Private entrance from the front patio. 
  • BEDROOM 3: Two single beds with crisp white linen, firm mattresses, quality bedding, and electric blankets. Shared en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) with Bedroom 2.  Private entrance from the front patio. 

WHAT TO BRING ALONG:
  • Food & spices/condiments
  • Clothing (Betty's Bay can get pretty cold, even in summer, so do bring along enough warm clothes) 
  • Swimming towels (bath towels are supplied, but not swimming towels)
  • Firewood
  • Blitz 
  • Matches
  • Filter coffee and paper filters for the coffee machine
  • Washing detergent and fabric softener for the washing machine
  • Dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher
